Why There Allergies ?

Allergies in humans arguably very unique . No one likes to eat seafood even though he knows his body will eventually reject and cause itching , one of the side effects of allergies . Allergies can also be caused by sulfide or salicylates in food and drug , food flavoring , preservatives , and synthetic dyes . Food allergy affects approximately 3-10 % of children . In some babies , it is because the protein can not be digested optimally due to the activity of digestive enzymes are not fully developed .

What causes allergies ? Our body is protected by the immune system , produce a type of protein called antibodies . These antibodies can also cause allergic reactions . The first time you eat food allergens , the immune system produces immunoglobulin E ( IgE ) . IgE acts as a molecular marker of food allergens. When eating food again , the body will secrete IgE antibodies and other chemicals , including histamine to repel " enemy " of the body . In response , allergy symptoms ensued .
