Aspirin is known as a drug used as an analgesic (pain medication or pain), antipyretic (drug fever), and anti-inflammatory (inflammatory drugs). Many people who take aspirin to relieve pain and improve blood flow in the body. In fact, aspirin is continuously consumed even in small doses can give side effects such as bleeding in the stomach or cause ulcers. Now, a recent study found the benefits of tomatoes as a substitute for aspirin. This alternative medicine has the same benefits but much more healthy when compared with chemical medicines.

Tomato seeds have been identified as a key component to living longer and as a healthy alternative to aspirin substitute. Based on the results of clinical trials, a natural gel in tomato seeds can help regulate blood circulation healthy by preventing blood clots. With a healthy blood circulation, metabolism would be more smoothly and make someone live longer.

Gel, a colorless and tasteless, can be added to foods without changing the characteristics of these foods. Gel which was discovered by Professor Asim Dutta-Roy from the Rowett Institute, Aberdeen, has been patented and named Fruitflow. He found the efficacy of tomato seeds when doing research on the effect of the Mediterranean diet is known to many vegetables, especially tomatoes.

The results showed the blood flow more smoothly seen walking within 3 hours after someone ate a tomato seeds. This effect can last for 18 hours. Professor Asim therefore recommend that tomatoes are routinely consumed every day.
"Until now, no side effects shown during the research process of tomato seeds," said Professor Asim.
"If you want to make tomato juice, you should not separate the seeds," added Professor Asim.
