This is Not Good and Good Consumed Before Sleeping

What we eat before bed but it can affect the quality of our sleep. Selection of the wrong foods before bed but it can cause us to suffer from insomnia and other diseases that can strike suddenly during sleep, so instead some kind of food were able to improve sleep duration and prevent insomnia. Listen to good food below ya.

Coffee

The general assumption that if we stay up then drink coffee pengin that much.
This opinion is not wrong, because coffee contains caffeine which can stimulate the central nervous.
Each person is different sensifitasnya to caffeine levels, depending on how much caffeine we drink daily.
For those who wanted a deep sleep, of course not advisable to drink coffee before bed.

Alcohol

Alcohol is known as a troublemaker sleep. This is because it causes rapid metabolism so we wake repeatedly during the night.

One study showed that drinking a glass of bourbon or vodka mixed with caffeine-free soda before bed will increase woke up in the middle of the night session as much as 15 minutes. It also will reduce the duration of sleep as much as 19 minutes and the quality of sleep.

Chese Bacon Burger (Cheese Burger meat content)

This is one of the foods eaten before bedtime are not recommended. High fat content in fast food meals can be a dangerous killer when we sleep.
This is because the meat may increase acid production can rise to the stomach and cause a heart attack suddenly.

Milk

Maybe there is a little at a time is always forced to drink a glass of warm milk before bed. It turns out this good habit too, because milk contains the amino acid tryptophan which is a precursor to the brain chemical serotonin.
Tryptophan and serotonin is believed to make easier and sleep soundly.

Bananas

Bananas help facilitate sleep because it contains magnesium and high potassium. Potassium is also good for heart health and cognitive function.

Cherry

Cherry is one of the few foods that contain melatonin is a chemical that can help control the body's sleep clock. One study found that drinking cherry juice before bed will increase the duration and quality of sleep in people who suffer from chronic insomnia.

Melatonin is also commonly packed in capsules for aircraft passengers taken to avoid jet lag.
