Often Works Overtime Can Ended With Dementia

How long do you usually work at the office? 40 hours in a week or more than 55 hours? Be careful, eventually working in the office can have a negative impact on the health of your memory. Employees who spend time working more than 55 hours a week, can damage the function of consciousness which will end in dementia.

According to research in the UK, eventually working in the office cause weakening of brain function followed by decreased ability to speak. Work piling up that usually leads to stress and fatigue, exacerbating brain function.

Dr Marianna Virtanen as researchers from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, conduct research with brain function tests to more than 2,000 civil servants in Britain since 1980.
The test results show, respondents who work without knowing the deadline visible decline in thinking with the vocabulary of its diminishing returns.

"This study shows that working overtime will impact negatively on the level of consciousness, especially when they entered middle age," he said.

"The relationship between the weakening of the level of consciousness and dementia are very clearly visible. The difference between employees who work overtime with a working normally, have a risk as great as smoking, factors that cause dementia, "he added.

Thanks for this article. I actually would have thought the opposite of your findings. You'd think working longer hours would lead to more brain stimulation would lead to better brain health.

Besides the recommended supplements, have you come across any behavioral changes that should be made?
