Married Women Sleeps Better Than Single

Married turned out to be a magic recipe to overcome sleep disorders. Provided you are happy with household living, then you will easily sleep at night, without experiencing any interference.
Sebuat research conducted in the United States showed that women who married life is stable or women who have a permanent partner for 8 year study period, appear to have better sleep quality compared with women who have not married, or who just dropped out of her partner.

A research conducted by collecting data of 360 female respondents who originated from Africa, the United States, Caucasian and Chinese is done by a team of researchers from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

According to the researcher, Wendy Troxel, PhD, a marriage, especially married women rarely seem happy having trouble sleeping and are more prone to sleep. It is concluded with a fixed estimate of other factors such as causes of sleep disorders, socio-economic status, age, ethnicity and depressive symptoms experienced.

However, this result does not apply to women who are newly married status. Not much different with the women's singles, their new foster home seemed more agitated and restless during sleep than those who have been married long. This may be due to the effects of the new bride, which makes them not used to sleeping with their partner.
