Stomach Healthy With A Cup of Tea In The Morning

During this time, many people believe that consuming caffeinated beverages like tea in the morning is not good for health, because it can cause resistance to gastric function. Now, recent studies refute these assumptions.

In a recent study has found, drinking 4-6 cups of tea a day is good to keep yourself from dehydration (dehydration). These findings refute the notion that drinking tea regularly can drain the body fluids because the content of caffeine in it. In clinical trials with high quality in the UK, 21 volunteers drank 240 ml cup of tea for 12 hours (equivalent to below one liter of tea). This test was also repeated by using six cups of tea or water, equivalent to nearly 1.5 liters of fluid, to investigate the effects of the intake.Tea or water and given a controlled diet in a separate test day. Blood samples were taken before consuming a regular basis to check the level of hydration. The analysis found no significant difference between drinking tea and water. Research conducted by the Tea Advisory Panel is published in the British Journal of Nutrition.

Dr Carrie Ruxton, nutrition adviser for the Tea Advisory Panel said, "Tea is the best way to maintain a healthy level of body fluids. In addition, tea is a rich source of flavonoids, which have been associated with a reduced risk of heart disease and stroke."
